Sims fitness ma

No air conditioning! You can actually see the mold growing out of the walls! The toilets went unclean for over 2 months along with the showers, which has red mold all over them!

See for yourself This place is disgusting!! Sims has an at home feel when you walk through the front door. The staff is friendly and knowledgable about fitness. What really sets them apart from others is the perks of being a member. Free classes, free pool use, weights, machines, personal trainers, health drinks and protien bars, massage therapy on site, and staff members that are really excited about seeing my results.

The encouragement is the best at Sims and the feel of family is even better. I'm a 1. Is this the same place I toured? Fotunately, a new friend of mine who has been a long time member convinced me to tour the club. I am new to the area and have traveled all over the US working out in many clubs along the road. I found Sim's to be a high end facility with state of the art equipment.

The staff was super friendly and hands down it was the best club I have ever visited in my life. I am happy to say that I am a new member and would like everyone to know Sim's is a must see! The staff is always knowledgable and friendly and kidwatch has been nothing but wonderful for my four young children. This club always has the most brand new, clean and very well maintained equipment with no wait times. The owner decided to replace all staff which made the club what it was--a facility where a member felt safe in the care of the trainers, where staff came to know you as "family", hence caring about you and your health.

Members had a sense of camaraderie--and that was truly wonderful. If you were out sick for a period of time, you were called to find out what was wrong--if it was illness, some of your time was reinstated--without cost. Speaking of which, when you became a member, you were given a FREE evaluation of BP, heart rate, body mass, etc--good for the member as well as the club!!

Now, you pay for everything!! You can no longer E-mail them as the site is gone--gee, I wonder if they were tired of getting negative feedback or are they "cutting back" on expenses. Where ever I go and mention Sims, people roll their eyes--the public is in the know--too bad--someone shot himself in the foot!!! Also, no one knows how to operate the equipment so questions go unanswered--someone will eventually get hurt--again, that will be too bad.

Machines break and no one know how to fix them, let alone get them fixed by outside repairmen in a fair amount of time. What a waste The gym is overcrowded, they charge for all but one of the pool exercise classes, new staff is dumbfounded on questions from membership on, and the place is fairly dirty What a waste of bucks Used to be great - now it's just ok — The equipment is good, group classes are good, but sometimes it is really too busy and the new management is not good.

They let go all the good people and the new hires are barely trained and can't answer your questions. It is very disorganized and I get the sense no one really knows what is going on around there. If I had a choice I would probably go elsewhere, but it's close to where I live and I don't want to drive too far to work out.

If you are putting limitations on re-imagining yourself as a mover, whose opinion are you basing that on? Still, dance was my entry point to my career as a movement professional. Dance and movement help me connect to my creativity.

By doing more than one thing, you may increase the reach of people you can help. Are you considering breaking out of one modality? Alright, so going back to my journey as a dance fitness teacher. I started to dance when I came out of the womb five decades ago. I stepped into a local gym and stumbled upon a mediocre dance fitness class. I never felt bad about being the dance lady at local studios; however, I was dared to step outside the dance box by my gym job. I digress.

The gauntlet was thrown DOWN! I started collecting fitness certifications and specialties like crazy. If you haven't tried the new Les Mills programs, do.

I have just recently joined Sims Premier Fitness and I love it!! I have been going to a gym previously for years and when I switched to Sims it was an eye opener in what a gym membership should be like. From the very minute you walk in the.

The staff is amazing, friendly and warm. The facility is clean, has a huge variety of weights and modern equipment to choose from and my favorite! I love this place!! They have very friendly people working the front desk. There is updated cardio equipment and plenty of it. The owner is very involved in day to day activity. There are tons of Les Mills classes on the schedule, taught. This gym has the worst customer service I have ever seen!

I am an athlete and a frequent gym user and I have never been a member of such a poorly run gym. The general manager did not even know the name of the people who worked the front. What a big change. I used to be a member and left because of the unsatisfactory service and unclean facility.

I recently rejoined and was amazed at the cleanliness and professional friendly staff. I am definitely going to recommend. I was called and told I have the job a day after my interview. I told them I could start only on the next week on Monday ahead of time. Sims agreed to do that and told me to come in on Monday.

Then after telling me I have the job they. I cannot believe how fithy and disgusting this place is. There is more broken equipment then working equipment.

It smells and it ALWAYS freezing cold which would be a good thing except it was llike that through the freezing new england. Not bad. Note that they seem to charge everyone different prices based upon what they can get away with. If you are a member, ask in the locker room what other members are pating, you will be quite suprised. Finally, there is a great YMCA within a few minutes of Sims - in Southbridge with equal or better excercise equipment, great programs, a gymnasium which Sims does not have , and an awesome, clear water, full size, pool for lap swimming and families Sims pool is much smaller and has murky water, for some reason.

Jon J. I have been a member for two years I have made great relationships with members and instructors. I feel the gym is extremely. I have complained to the staff several times about black mold in the back of the upatairs cardio room. IM not sure there aware how dangerous black mold is but it seems they could care less. I feel very uncomfortable at this stuffy gym, very hot humid no ventilation, impossible to take a shower after your workout due to the condensation and humidity in the locker room, mold and dirt add to the disgusting mix.

The club is awesome! The Les Mills Classes and Instructors are amazing! I am glad I chose this gym! Sims Premiere Fitness is the right choice to make to achieve your fitness goals!

I was introduced to the club by a friend and I can honestly say I am very pleased with my choice to switch over to Sims! They have so much more to offer than your regular gym. It is a very safe environment for the kids with lots to keep them occupied.

Who said hard work can't be FUN? I have a blast!!! I can't say enough about Sims Premiere Fitness but seeing is believing so I encourage you to get on down there and check it out!!! I recently switched gyms and moved to Sims Premier Fitness. I love the welcome feeling from the staff, who after just a few short weeks all know me by my first name and are always smiling and upbeat. I mostly take the group fitness class, because they are so motivating and have the absolute best instructors anyone could hope for.

Classes are so fun, you sometimes forget its a workout. I am thrilled to learn the gym will be undergoing major renovations and can't wait to see the finished product. Even though this is a longer ride from my previous gym, I am happy to drive further and workout at a happy, friendly, clean and safe environment. I recently joined Sim's coming from a different gym.

I first have to say when I first walked in I received the best treatment from the staff, so friendly, so warm and welcoming. At first glance, the gym was so clean and the equipment is all new and updated. The women's locker room is very spacious with plenty of lockers and VERY clean unlike the last gym.

The classes are phenomenal, addicting and very energetic. The instructors are the best I've seen around. They are all super friendly and there energy is contagious and keep you coming back for more. All in all, I have to say I do not regret my decision switching to Sim's and they are by far the best facility in this area.

I recently joined this gym and am loving it so far.
