Todd Royce currently serves as the DNR law enforcement director and joined the department in Royce works closely with DNR division leadership and section chiefs to oversee the public safety efforts of DNR law enforcement, including wildlife conservation officers and state park rangers. Achieving the rank of Lieutenant, Royce has served in many capacities during his 23 year career with the Utah Department of Public Safety, including public information officer for four years.
