Land o lakes real rewards program

The company said it plans to shift gears after launching the test program, which offers prizes based on purchases of Land O Lakes products. The program, which launched last July, runs through mid June.

Members buy one of more than 25 different Land O Lakes butter, margarine or spread products and collect UPC codes from the packaging. Each item carries a specific number of reward points. People then mail in a submission form with the UPC codes for their chosen awards.

Participating products each carry between 10 to 40 rewards points. Awards include everything from a one-year subscription to Everyday Food magazine for points, to Land O Lake coupons for points and Fandango movie tickets for four for points.

Members have until June 15 to earn points. Dental and Vision. Our Dental Plan offers comprehensive coverage, including orthodontic coverage with no age limit.

The Vision Plan provides benefits for glasses and contacts, with discounts on Lasik procedures. Paid Leaves. Birth moms are eligible for a Maternity Leave of eight weeks, as well as four weeks of paid Parental Leave.

The latter is also offered to all new parents—birth, adoptive, foster-to-adopt—a benefit that can be taken within one year of the birth, adoption, or foster placement. For those who are adopting, we also offer financial assistance to off-set the cost of the adoption. Additional paid leave benefits include up to two weeks of Caregiver Leave and one week of Emergency Leave. Disability and Life Insurance.

We provide Short-Term Disability coverage to eligible employees beginning the first day of employment at no cost to them. Applicants should be high school seniors entering either a 2 or 4-year school. The Matching Gifts to Education Program offers eligible donors the opportunity to extend Land O'Lakes giving to educational institutions throughout the country.

We encourage our employees, board members and Leadership Council members to act as leaders, involving themselves in the financial support of worthy educational institutions and public broadcasting stations across the United States.
